THE PROCESS
From consultation to final gallery, your session is designed with you in mind. We want to make you look and feel magnificent, delivering breathtaking images you will cherish for a lifetime.
Once you submit the inquiry form, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss the details—answering any questions, outlining the experience, exploring your ideas and expectations in detail, and reviewing pricing and availability.
01 Session Consultation
Once we have an idea of your vision, we'd love to have you in the studio for a consultation! You can try on the gowns in our client closet, see the space, and we can finalize all those little details before the photoshoot.
02 The Photoshoot Day
The day of, it is all about making you comfortable! We will be there to hold your hand and guide you through posing, noticing every tiny detail. You can trust your photos will show your best, most beautiful self.
03 Viewing & Ordering
We know life can be busy. Within a week of your photoshoot, we will choose which photos you would like before we edit them. You can also opt for an in-studio ordering appointment where we'll pick the photos together or you can receive a link to view proofs on your own. You'll also be able to pick out any prints or products to be created from your final photos!
04 Delivering Your Final Products
You can expect your final gallery 3-4 weeks after viewing and ordering! Any prints or products will be another 3-4 weeks to allow for editing and printing time.

Please note: A $250 is required in order to book your session. This non-refundable payment secures your session date and time. The remaining balance is due before your session.
Nimz Photography owns copyright and exclusivity to all images. Nimz Photography holds your decision for privacy in high regard, you may purchase privacy rights for an additional 30% to prevent your photos from being shared online in the Nimz Photography website and social media portfolio. Raw, unedited images will not be available for purchase.
We typically schedule maternity sessions during week 28-32 of your pregnancy
All too often, mamas-to-be confess how worried they are about stepping in front of the camera. Because “I’m not photogenic” or “We don’t know how to pose” or “I don’t know what to do with my hands” or “I’m worried about getting my best angles”.
You aren’t supposed to know how to pose. We know for you. We will be with you, gently guiding you and paying attention to every tiny detail. All you have to do is show up, be yourself, and trust that we have your best interest at heart. We want nothing more than to give you beautiful, meaningful, special photos that you will love and treasure for years and years.
I felt so vulnerable during my pregnancy. It led me to choose less, to not capture the season as it deserved to be. I never thought I would miss looking down to a round belly or feeling those fluttering kicks. I want to give as many mamas the gift of documented memories as I can.

Hey Nimi here, portrait photographer and Mom to a 5-year-old boy. Who loves photographing maternity moms, kids, and families 🙂 I’m a proud self-made person, who moved to a different country, and turned her passion into a full-time career. Being my son’s mom is the greatest blessing in my life and I’m glad that he sees his mom navigating through all the problems that comes her way.
As a mother, I know how important documenting this special time is, not only because your pregnancy lasts a short time but also because, as the support structure of your family, you are often thinking about everyone else before yourself.
This session is for you to have your moment. A chance to be pampered, to feel beautiful, to feel special.
Don’t let time pass without realizing that the special moments are now. Sometimes, the memories are all we have. This photoshoot is to preserve them with a special kind of care.
