I recently had the privilege of photographing this mama and her growing baby bump. Maternity portraits capture a very special time in a woman's life, as she awaits the birth of her child. These photos commemorate the joy and anticipation of motherhood.
When this mama came in for our session, she was glowing with happiness and excitement and all ready to capture this stage of her pregnancy. We discussed ideas for poses and wardrobe options that highlight her beautiful bump and natural beauty.
We decided to do the session indoors with beautiful shades of backdrops. Mama selected multiple looks for the session. Two flowing gowns purple and pink, a bright yellow fabric, a black turtle neck dress, and blue jeans with an oversized white shirt for a casual look. All the colors complemented her pregnancy glow.
Her smile, the glow on her skin, and the curves of her pregnant belly told the story of new life on the way. I'm honored to be able to create portraits that she will treasure for years to come. The growth of her baby bump from month to month is a beautiful reminder of the miracle of life.
