This is a celebration of your baby's first birthday and a testament to your time, your ups and downs, your experience as their parent. It’s all fleeting. Let’s embrace the mess (and document it while we can).
Give them the whole cake—and let them play with it too. They will show us their whole selves, their genuine personality, their true in-the-moment emotions.
The SMASH AND SPLASH
We include a tiny bubble bath after the cake smash to clean up and get more precious photos! The littles tend to enjoy it just as much as you’ll enjoy NOT buckling in a wiggly one-year old covered in cake.

*The $275 session fee, required to secure your session, must be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Your package prepayment must be paid before the session date, either in full or through a prepayment plan that best suits your family.

YOUR CAKE SMASH PHOTOGRAPHER
I'm Nimi, your cake smash photographer (along with my fantastic creative assistant, Dev)! I specialize in cake smash and maternity photos. I’m a proud self-made person, who moved to a different country, and turned her passion into a full-time career. Being my son’s mom is the greatest blessing in my life and I love every second of it.
I get excited like a kid for cake smash sessions. Creating the setups is an endeavor I invest so much time and love into. The goal is always to create something unique that will wow!
A lot of parents come into a session worried about how their child might act.
It is our mission to make you and your little one comfortable. Every child is going to have their own reaction to the studio and the lights. We are patient and understanding and we can’t wait to unravel your kiddo’s genuine giggles and curiosity (and we’ll embrace the tears if they come too). After years of this, we have a few tricks up our sleeve. We will go the extra mile, take the extra time to get the shot with their infectious laughs and big smiles.
THE PROCESS
From consultation to final gallery, your session is designed with you in mind. We want to make you look and feel magnificent, delivering breathtaking images you will cherish for a lifetime.
Once you submit the inquiry form, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss the details—answering any questions, outlining the experience, exploring your ideas and expectations in detail, and reviewing pricing and availability.
01 Session Consultation
Once we have an idea of your vision, we'd love to have you in the studio for a consultation! You can try on the gowns in our client closet, see the space, and we can finalize all those little details before the photoshoot.
02 The Photoshoot Day
The day of, it is all about making you comfortable! We will be there to hold your hand and guide you through posing, noticing every tiny detail. You can trust your photos will show your best, most beautiful self.
03 Viewing & Ordering
We know life can be busy. Within a week of your photoshoot, we will choose which photos you would like before we edit them. You can also opt for an in-studio ordering appointment where we'll pick the photos together or you can receive a link to view proofs on your own. You'll also be able to pick out any prints or products to be created from your final photos!
04 Delivering Your Final Products
You can expect your final gallery 3-4 weeks after viewing and ordering! Any prints or products will be another 3-4 weeks to allow for editing and printing time.
