Milestone session MODEL CALL


Thank you for your interest in our Model Call. If you fall into either of the following categories, please fill out the form completely. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.


- Sitter Session ( 6 to 8 months, able to sit up safely unattended and

have not yet started crawling)

- Cake Smash Session (1-year-old April / May)

Sessions will take place in April.


The purpose of this form is to determine if you and your children would be suitable participants for the current creative project we're working on. Please be as thorough in your descriptions as possible. We'll sometimes find inspirations that take us in an entirely new direction, and we'll create a new concept just for you.

Don’t forget to send in a snapshot of whoever might participate.

Example: Pregnant, curly hair,bright blue eyes, ballerina, muscular (men) etc

Example: Baby's stage (sitting up, standing, walking), freckles, long lashes, redhead, bright blue eyes, curly hair, etc.

Gender, ages, unique skills/features, etc

In order to participate in a creative session, you must sign a model release which grants the photographer the right to use and publish photos and video created during the session for any advertising, display, publication, marketing, competition, and/or other studio purposes.*
